Iran is a naughty little nation. Not so little. But they are proud to be the world’s leading supporter of international terrorism. They seize oil tankers in the Gulf. Block IAEA Inspectors. Ignore European outreach. And have been enriching uranium in violation of international treaty. And they want reparations from the US.

According to MEMRI, “Iran also is demonstrating, through the launch of ballistic missiles, its ability to make long-range rockets, and it is conducting shows of conventional military strength.”
It further attacked U.S. targets in Iraq using Shiite militias, and Saudi and Gulf targets using Yemeni Houthi militia. Tehran also is pressuring the Taliban in Afghanistan to destroy the peace agreement it reached with the Trump administration.
Biden will, of course, be all in on this. And this!
The ayatollah said that if the U.S. returns to the Iran deal, “the issue of the damages [caused of the damages caused by the sanctions and the reparations] are part of our demands, and [those in charge in the regime] will be following up on this [issue] in later phases.”
President Rouhani said that if the “new members of the White House have learned any lessons from the previous administration, they will make up for [Trump’s] mistakes.”
Biden has promised to rejoin the Iran deal. Small problem, that “treaty” is not law. The Senate never approved it, nor are they likely to do that. But Biden will sign another order, and don’t be surprised if that includes “reparations.”
He and Obam did it, so we have zero expectation it won’t happen again. Odds are high!
And it won’t be 600 dollars or just 70o million for gender training in the Islamic Republic of Pah-Kee-Stahn – where that money will be spent on weapons or their own nuclear or terrorism programs.
Biden will send Iran a nice hefty stimulus, probably in the dark of night like Obama. It will be captured on shaky camera or in still photos by concerned military personnel wondering, as they should, why the heck are we giving our enemies all this taxpayer money (again!) when small businesses are failing due to government abuse back home?
It is a question that remains unanswered, not honestly.
