House Democrats were intently focused on curbing free speech on the house floor by condemning certain speech as “Hate Speech” [emphasis mine: No such thing]. Let’s forget just for a moment that it would not be constitutional in any manner, form, or way and roll with their premise.

While they are uncomfortable and offended by all things, not from their group think tank, they also revel in their ability to champion others who may claim be offended by language EXCEPT….
They don’t seem to include themselves when calling Republicans or Conservatives every hateful name in the book. You know the naughty words they love, oh so much. Racist, homophobe, xenophobe, anti-Semite, redneck, sexist, and on and on they go.
“Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me.” Except in these times, names do hurt. They ruin reputations, they destroy families, and they crush livelihoods. In some cases, they insight others to take dubious actions, the kind I won’t outline here.
So let it be known now and for all time that we will hold you accountable to your own standards.
I am offended by each and every hateful name you sling at all you hate. And it is you, who because of your leadership position and public trust, should not only be held to task but to a much higher standard as you so virtuously point out to others.
You must apologize for your reprehensible character assassinations of which you are deliberate in your intent to cause harm. No, I don’t believe in “hate speech,” but you believe in Hateful speech. Enough!
