And because those Ivory Tower Intellectuals believe that Society hasn’t rewarded them for their years of toiling to be the Smahtest Person in the room – they take revenge. So, too, (as it has been said), ugly people to make themselves feel better.
No, these are people that fall into three categories of busybody:
- True Believers – they truly believe that THEIR way should be the ONLY way and desire nothing else but to change the world to fit them.
- Good Intention-ers – same as above but their hubris is that they believe we don’t know what is best for ourselves in living our lives. Thus, they demand we live to their standards.
- Ugly People – whether it is merely skin deep or right down to the bone, they are ugly all the way around and just live to make others miserable. The SJW of the Day is just an excuse.
In all three cases, since they can’t seem to persuade the rest of us voluntarily, they have no problem using the Force of Government to demand conformance. They just lack the self-awareness of the Tyranny they bring in doing so
Well, the first two do – with the last, it’s a feature and not a bug because they hate the Leave Us Alone Coalition.
