- 261,062 absentee ballots cast, which was 32 percent of the total number of votes cast.
- 73.5 percent of the state’s voting age population of just more than 1,107,000 people
But how many of those were actually in New Hampshire and live here, and not in mama’s basement in Jersey or Golden Oaks California at the address some college sends a bill for their out-of-state tuition?
