Why is Chris Sununu Allowing Government Employees to be Indoctrinated With “Critical Race (White Privilege) Theory”?

So let’s begin with the concept of critical race theory. I’ll give you the short version, but here is a link to an hour-plus discussion by Heritage.

Essentially, “critical race theory” describes the pseudoscientific concept that all people with white skin are inherently racists and are not even aware of it because they have “internalized” their “racial superiority” and, consequently, think and act in a racist manner without even being aware of it (“unconscious bias”). It is a variation on “white privilege.”

Chris Rufo has done yeoman work detailing how the federal bureaucracy is indoctrinating “critical race theory.” For example:

The Treasury Department held a training session telling employees that “virtually all White people contribute to racism” and demanding that white staff members “struggle to own their racism” and accept their “unconscious bias, White privilege, and White fragility.” The man who led the seminar, Howard Ross, has billed the federal government more than $5 million for diversity training over the past 15 years. Twitter thread here and original source documents here.

The Department of Homeland Security hosted a Training on “microaggressions, microinequities, and microassaults” where white employees were told that they had been “socialized into oppressor roles.” Twitter thread here and original source documents here.

Rufo’s work caught the attention of President Trump who has ordered a halt to this pernicious nonsense:

I am able to document (hat tip to someone on twitter whose identity I will not reveal) that government employees in New Hampshire are being indoctrinated with “critical race theory”. This document pertains to the Hampton School District, but I am certain it is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg:

If Governor Sununu is unaware of this … now he knows … because we know his “crack staff” closely monitors this blog. If he is aware of this and is looking the other way … or worse supports it … shame on him.
