Over at Treehugger, they continue to rail against people who choose for themselves even over showerheads and toilets. You know, the Chinese Water Torture showerheads that just drips….drips….drips. Then you have the flush a number of times toilet where #2 wants to hang out with you for a couple of days.

And then there’s (Treehugger) Lloyd’s “Eat the Rich” attitude. The Eco-Socialist who always finds a way to be uppermost with his Socialism – the commerce/governance theory built on Envy (emphasis mine):

The president is easing the rules for water-saving showerheads. But who gets to benefit?
It is a constant refrain from the United States president that he hates the rules about water-saving appliances and fixtures. He says the toilets need to be flushed “10 times, 15 times” and he’s “heard from women” that dishwashers don’t clean, and the showers! They go “drip, drip, drip.” He complained recently while touring a Whirlpool factory:
So showerhead, you take a shower, the water doesn’t come out. You want to wash your hands, the water doesn’t come out. So what do you do? You just stand there longer or you take a shower longer? Because my hair, I don’t know about you, but it has to be perfect. Perfect.”
But he is a man of action and instructed the EPA and the Department of Energy to change the rules. An energy department spokesperson says “If adopted, this rule would undo the action of the previous Administration and return to Congressional intent, allowing Americans – not Washington bureaucrats – to choose what kind of showerheads they have in their homes.”
Who Chooses? That’s a question that we ALL should be asking ourselves and to those that wish to rule govern us for the upcoming election. What are the choices should I have and what choices is the government taking away from me? Lloyd and the other denizens have a problem with that question – they do believe that Government is benign and only has the best of interest at heart for all of us.
Like Government has a “heart”? And when they mean all of us, it’s the “Government is the only thing that we all belong to” nuance (and it’s not like the Elks or Odd Fellows Club where you have a choice in joining).
But before we get to the Water part, some Lefty just had to introduce Prez politics right from the get-go (they really aren’t fanboys of Trump but didn’t take well about Joe’s shortcoming being pointed out as “Vindaloo Bugaboo (another Conservative that comments there a lot – I just call him “VB”). This is about halfway into the Dementia Joe bits.
Sidenote: Treehugger underwent a redo a couple of months ago and it was combined with Mother Nature Network so not everyone there knows VB and me – and they really dislike that we’re there (the old TH-ers kinda tolerate us).

What, are you trying to suggest Biden doesn’t have dementia? The old goat is 78 and has, for literally years, fumbled over his own tongue because his brain doesn’t know where it is.
Trump, OTOH, is merely an egomaniac. I can deal with that; I can’t deal with the willful election of a known mentally unfit candidate to the title of most powerful person on the planet. And if you don’t think that the DNC is going to oust him using the 25th Amendment for fitness, you’re living with your head stuck in the sand.

The Left started in on the 25th Amendment on Trump almost from the get-go with ranting 360. It will rather interesting to actually DO it on one of their own. If they do, however, it’s gonna hurt, if you’re not an eco-socialist, for quite some afterwards…
And of course, I was downvoted. All the way down the post. Let’s face it, Biden is showing the effects of his age. Heck, I am, too, at years younger than he. While there are somethings at which I am better at than when I was younger, there are other areas in which I am not. To say otherwise is to be a fool and not being honest.
Frankly, I think that either he’s not being honest with himself, those around him aren’t either (either “yes” men or willful hangers-on looking for crumbs and status that would be theirs if they could burrow (like termites) into his Administration.
Talk about the 25th Amendment was all the rage among the Democrats that were outraged that Trump beat them at Hillary’s game. Story after story urged revolt by his Cabinet and advisors by using the 25th Amendment to push Trump out of office. How could this loud-mouthed ruffian who had never played in their game before beat their best at their own game? He refused to play their game by their rules, both by Democrats and Republicans (the latter also smarting that they got schmucked as well). He doesn’t do ANYTHING their way – he must have lost his marbles.
Yet, because he is the path for throwing out Trump and going back to their comfortable status quo (e.g., “WE, the Left, have the Power!”), they are quite comfortable using an enfeebled old man to gain that Power. And in doing so, they ignore the problems.
Now, they’ve got Kamala.
