Virus Socialism got its wish. It shut down government-sponsored Independence Day celebrations all over the nation and right here in New Hampshire, or dialed them back. That did not, however, stop the people from celebrating.

As NH State Senate Candidate Regina Barnes noted, “If you cancel your 4th of July plans because the government is forcing you to, then you are missing the whole point of Independence Day.”
While waiting for the fireworks display to start at the Londonderry Fish and Game Club (LFGC), where liberty and freedom always come first, we were surrounded by the sounds of celebration. Fireworks could be heard from Litchfield, Londonderry, and Manchester (probably points further as well). It was constant, non-stop, and beautiful music.
Independence day was celebrated. Virus Socialism did not win. But if, for some reason, you missed out, or just want to see more, I recorded a few minutes from the display at LFGC.
Two videos. The screeching children (they were right next to me while I was recording) are someone else’s offspring, and very excited about they were seeing. Almost as much fun seeing them so enthusiastic.
