Trump Wins Again – Federal Judge Tosses Democrats Emoluments Clause Case

If you can’t beat ’em sue them, impeach them, something! That plan is not working out well for Democrat leadership so this shouldn’t disappoint them. Democrats in Congress sued President Trump claiming he violated the emoluments clause. They lost.

The federal appeals court in Washington ruled Friday Democratic lawmakers alleging President Trump violated the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause do not have the standing to sue.

The circuit court sent the case back to the district court judge with instructions to dismiss.

This was another Trump benefits from foreign interests case. The presumption was that he was using his office to enrich himself through his overseas interests. This is a common theme from the left who has actually used political office to enrich themselves through overseas interests. In most cases through illegal or unethical influence cash grabs (Clinton Foundation) or schemes like Ukraine and Burisma (Bidens).

Democrats are dirty. The minute they point the finger at you your first instance should be to find where they did whatever is they are accusing you of doing. The bigger the finger the bigger their crime.

Every time.
