We don’t mean to beat this topic to death, but you need to understand how important this is to Democrats. Bernie might be poised to sweep into an early and unassailable lead. The idea terrifies establishment Dems. They believe he’ll destroy the party. I’m here to remind them it’s too late to save it.

John “Iran Deal” Kerry was overheard,
“…explaining what he would have to do to enter the presidential race amid “the possibility of Bernie Sanders taking down the Democratic Party — down whole.”
Sitting in the lobby restaurant of the Renaissance Savery hotel, Kerry was overheard by an NBC News analyst saying “maybe I’m f—ing deluding myself here” and explaining that to run, he’d have to step down from the board of Bank of America and give up his ability to make paid speeches. Kerry said donors like venture capitalist Doug Hickey would have to “raise a couple of million,” adding that such donors “now have the reality of Bernie.”
Kerry denies the presumption and says he is absolutely not running for president. But only because it does yet look logistically feasible. He was talking to someone who was asking him if it was doable and he was laundry listing what he’d have to change in his life.
That’s not a no that’s a what if. But that is not why I bring it to your attention. Yes, the Dems are terrified. No, they have no faith in any of the candidates running to beat Bernie or Trump. But no, that is not their biggest problem. What is?
That they can still save the Democrat Party. I’m not sure they can and I wrote about that yesterday.
Bernie is sewing up Liz Warren’s supporters after she hooked up with CNN to screw Bernie on live TV. Iowa and New Hampshire are his to lose. With those in hand, he can take Nevada and South Carolina (where Biden is bleeding support).
With that half of the far-left primary voting Democrat army in tow, Sanders can beat establishment darling Dumb Ass Joe Biden. The base that keeps the turncoat “moderates” in office won’t be happy. How unhappy? Have you heard of the movie Fatal Attraction?
They’re going to boil the DNC’s bunny.
The Bernie Bros are going to Bern the party down if he wins (electorally) or if you try to make him lose (physically). The only hope Dems have is if Sanders drops dead without any sign of obvious foul play and the preferred nominee does a credible job of playing the unity fiddle. Promise to win his name and embrace his policies.
Having him in the lead and then conveniently drop dead would serve the DNC establishment cabal’s motives much more easily. No Bernie. No civil war. Maybe even present an opportunity to unify the party in his memory.
Short of that, all the idle chatter about needing to stop him or replace him is only going to get Milwaukee burned to the ground during the convention. Right after the Super Delegates rob Sanders of his prize.
At that point the Frankenstein monster far-left, violent, unhinged, identity politics Marxists are going postal on everyone and everything.
The fact that establishment Dems think they have an out is just proof at how disconnected they are from not just America but their own base.
Your only hope is that Bernie’s polling lead in Iowa, New Hampshire (and increasing approval in Nevada and South Carolina) don’t materialize. That he limps into Super Tuesday instead of storming it. Because if he has any momentum and something goes sideways the Bernie Bros are going to blame the DNC.
And they have every right to think that way after 2016.
