Climate Alarm Fail Two-Fer: Sharpley Reduced Rice Yields and a Snowless Kilimanjaro by 2020

Wheel of Climate change

The point of these posts on Leftardian Climate Voodoo is not to deny that the climate changes. It does. But not because of you and certainly not for them. No one bets their own money on these things it is always your money for a reason. These “experts” can’t predict a damn thing.

And yes, that is probably because it has nothing to do with temperatures, storms, rising seas, or falling rains. But to be so wrong, so often, about everything?

It is a statistical improbability to not even guess correctly at least once. The old blind squirrel or the stopped clock. But no, this path to socialism gets everything wrong and if the media stopped carrying its water people would forget in a few weeks and we’d suddenly have millions and billions for infrastructure projects.

Today’s examples come, as they often do, from Tony Heller at Real Climate Science

Vancouver Sun - No Snow on Kilimanjaro

This picture provided by Tony hints that there will be plenty of snow throughout 2020 and into the distant future.

Debunked!

Then there’s the rice. Rice is a major food staple of planet earth and her fossil-fuel-addicted suicidal human passengers. Rice matters. We know it does because that is why it became a target of the climate cult. OMG! no more rice!

OMG No Rice

In 1988 world production was at 3.33 Tons per hectare per year. Today the yield is 3.7 tons per hectare per year.

For those whom math is an issue, that’s more rice not less. More rice 32 years later. More, not less. Not a lot less. Meaning that one again, sorry – twice again, the experts reported on the demise of planet earth. And we know why. It has nothing to do with temperatures, storms, rising seas, or falling rains. It’s an economic program designed to shift western economies toward socialism which is so wrong in itself.

I guess they go well together, and we should together, reject them both. At every opportunity.
