Joe Biden Says He Would Nominate Barack Obama to the US Supreme Court

Even if you are not a fan of making New Year’s resolutions, this might be a good time to start. Resolve to ensure we never have a president who would nominate Barack Obama to the US Supreme Court. Joe Biden just said, he’d do that.

Biden, in Washington, Iowa, is asked if he would nominate Obama to the Supreme Court. “If he’d take it, yes,” Biden says.

Quid Pro Joe is still fishing for Obama voters, and that’s some big bait. Despite the lagging economy and endless scandals, the Left cherishes their vote for Obama like a saddle-shoed waif showing off her boyfriend’s fraternity pin. It’s serious. And the US Supreme Court would take that relationship to the next level until death do we part.

A Community Organizer in Chief (Justice) Obama, would only make matters worse. Decades of far-left leadership on a court that despite Mr. Trump’s excellent appointments still struggles to keep the State from infringing on Constitutional rights.

Here, more than anywhere else, prevention is the cure. If you want your Constitution to recover from decades of weakness and fatigue, or at the very least to not decline further, keeping Democrats out of the Oval Office is the only place to start.

If you need the motivation to get out and vote for Republicans up and down the ticket, picture Barack Obama with a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land. Better yet, imagine Justice Hillary.

Every election matters. Now more than ever.
