The Red Arrow Diner in Milford abruptly closed its doors, leaving some employees without a job only a few weeks before the Christmas holiday (or Chanukah for those who practice Judaism.) And, gosh darn capitalism came to the rescue again! In this case, the Copper Door saves the day.
New Hampshire has an unemployment rate well below the national average, and frequently we hear complaints about a lack of a workforce (I myself have complained about this!) Restaurants, retail, and the service industry are usually hardest hit by this “problem” because employees move up the ladder faster than usual to higher paying, more skilled jobs.
The Red Arrow is a mainstay in New Hampshire, with FITN candidates frequenting their downtown Manchester location. Their Milford location didn’t fare as well, perhaps. Could be they suffered other problems. Whatever their ailment, they closed their doors, and their employees found out last.

Without Government interference, training, or taxation (read: theft) the Copper Door offered jobs, on the spot, to experienced, qualified service staff. Win – win. Copper Door needs staff (obviously) and Red Arrow (former) employees need jobs. Now, those employees also get a $300 signing bonus.
