Hey Democrats, If Hearsay is “Better Evidence” Charge Ray Buckley for Possession of Child porn

The testimony of a guy who heard it from a guy who heard it from another guy who says he heard it is now better evidence than actual evidence. A Democrat in congress believes that. If true, the NH AG needs to charge Ray Buckley with possession of Child Pornography.

I heard from a friend who heard that the New Hampshire Democrat Party Chair and DNC vice-chair, had child pornography on his computer a few years back. So, it must be true. True enough to warrant a full “investigation.” Maybe even in a congressional Star Chamber where neither the accused nor their defenders can call witnesses.

We can release transcripts of how people felt about the hearsay and present that as evidence, just like the Democrats in congress.

Wait, it gets better.

I also heard that someone who heard about a potential raid on Mr. Buckley’s residence notified him days in advance so he could remove any actual evidence which must have existed because “hearsay” is better. This means that not only is Mr. Buckley subject to the superior hearsay “evidence” standard someone at the AG’s office is guilty of obstruction on hearsay. At least that’s what I heard.

Sounds like an absurd way to pursue ‘justice,’ yes?

Not so much. Mr. Buckley, the Democrat State party he leads, our entire Democrat congressional delegation, and most of the national Democrat party seem ready to run with this idea (again). That the transcript of testimony or actual testimony of a person with two or three degrees (or more) of separation from reality should be considered a reliable witness for the purpose of prosecuting the accused of crimes.

The Democrats in congress have the desired impeachment vote decided. The process is just an exercise in seeing that they find a way to arrive at it. Sometimes referred to as a show trial.

What if you were accused of possessing child pornography by someone who overheard a rumor at a party form someone who heard it from someone who heard it from someone else who made it up because they hate you?

And the evidence proving your innocence is ignored. Because hearsay gets the verdict that your accusers seek.

If that is what passes for justice, we have three options. Hold Democrats electorally to account for this abuse, give up, or start a war.

I don’t like options two and three.
