Lewandowski Uses Testimony Before Congress to Power Launch Likely Senate Run

I’m no expert but I think Corey Lewandowski just did something brilliant. If I recall we were expecting an announcement on a likely Senate run last week. Instead, he has waited until after his testimony before Democrats in Congress. National Earned Media – and he did not waste it.

The general consensus on the center-right is that he used his time to embarrasses House Democrats. Framing them as using their authority to chase political vendettas.

He was combative, refused to play their games, and took shots at every opportunity. He Trumped them. A reflection of the 2016 campaign strategy that earned The Donald a gig in the Oval office.

And why not?

They are not your friends. They have no interest in the truth. Anything they promise you is a lie. Every interaction with this committee is a hostile attack. And they have no intention of being polite, considerate, or reserved and professional.

You are there to be destroyed or to be used as a tool to destroy someone else.

Mr. Lewandowski knows this.

So, he waited until his testimony. He announces a pre-campaign Senate Run interest page during the recess. List-building while he danced with the devil.

No other Republican candidate for New Hampshire Senate, by all accounts capable individuals who would be a huge improvement over Democrat Jeanne Shaheen, will get that opportunity. Lewandowski didn’t waste it.

I’d expect him to announce a decision in the affirmative any day now. He’s running.

What that means to the race or the electorate is anyone’s guess but I think we can see how he plans to run his campaign when confronted by any appearance of biased media or grumpy Democrats.

Combative, in your face, and no backing down on issues important to Conservatives.

I can’t say I don’t like the style.
