It seems like just yesterday (it was about 24 yesterdays, now) that the Democrats thought they finally had Trump. He’d said unkind things about rat-infested Baltimore. The Left snapped their latest trap only to get caught in it again. Baltimore is a disaster.

The Modern Democrat Plantation in full bloom. Where Elijah Cummings has had decades of oversight. A district that is worse now than it was 20-years ago. And while Democrats are still trying to step around the reality of what their years of unchallenged leadership sow, Trump is back with a question.
The Feds (that means the rest of the nation) poured 16 billion into Cummings’ district, just in 2018. The Administration, speaking for the American people, is curious where all that money went?
“I want to say this expressly to Mayor Young and Michael Steele and Al Sharpton, who today called out the president and said let President Trump put his money where his mouth is. Well, boys and girls, I have a message for you, President Trump has given $16 billion in 2018 alone to Elijah Cummings’s district in federal grants,”
That’s Lynne Patton. She happens to be a regional administrator for HUD. She’s responding to the latest batch of accusation from those she names. One of whom is the former RNC chairman. WHo also has no answer, I’m sure.
Because that sum is confirmed by the less than Trump-friendly Newsweek. Grants totaling 15.7 Billion went to Maryland District 7. Elijah Cummings District. In 2018. For what purpose?

Democrat Cumming’s chairs the House oversight committee. Trump is asking him to investigate himself. And not just for 16 billion in 2018. I expect that the annual taxpayer investment in Cummings’ district is massive. Add the rest of Democrat-run Baltimore and it’s Yuge! Add all the misused hundreds of billions from all the Democrat-run Cities in America and we’re talking about lowering the deficit Yuge! What are they doing with all that money?
And isn’t that the point, set, and match?
The political elites like Cummings burn through money while conditions get in their districts get worse. A lesson of abuse by a class of people and politicians that got Trump elected in 2016. A lesson Democrats are helping him teach for 2020.
And they still think they’re smarter than he is.
