National Republican Senatorial Committee Stops Giving Money to Twitter Because “Hate!”

Twitter kind of sucks. It’s partisan, polices speech, and you know it is but many of you can’t stop using it. But the National Republican Senatorial Committee has stopped giving them money. It has terminated its ad account. Why?

Some video was posted on twitter of threatening protesters. By that, I mean left-wing protesters threatening Mitch McConnell. At his home. His account posted the video as evidence and guess what Twitter did?

McConnell’s campaign manager, Kevin Golden, confirmed the account was locked this morning “for posting the video of real-world, violent threats made against Mitch McConnell.” The video featured a clip from a recent protest outside McConnell’s home in Louisville, where participants reportedly donned clothing and held signs that read “Massacre Mitch.”

Never to be labeled as consistent Twitter refuses to unlock the account until the video is deleted but continues to ignore the trending hashtag #MassacreMitch.

Partisan much?

Those crazy, sensitive, civil left-wingers…

“Twitter’s hostile actions toward Leader McConnell’s campaign are outrageous, and we will not tolerate it,” said Jesse Hunt, a spokesman for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. “The NRSC will suspend all spending with Twitter until further notice. We will not spend our resources on a platform that silences conservatives.

Here’s the video. Content warning.
