Notable Quote – George Will

It is, however, an iron law: The more government does to influence the flow of money, the more money will be spent to influence elections.

-George Will ( The Conservative Sensibility)

(H/T: Cafe Hayek)

As Government controls more resources and takes/spends more money, the stakes keep increasing.  The lure to control that money flow is irresistible to many and will spend more and more money in order to control how that Government money will be spent.  The only way to get that campaign money to stop is to lower the stakes; reduce the size of government (and thus, it propensity to tax and spend) and fewer people will be tempted by its Power

Co-founder of GraniteGrok, my concern is around Individual Liberty and Freedom and how the Government is taking that away. As an evangelical Christian and Conservative with small "L" libertarian leanings, my fight is with Progressives forcing a collectivized, secular humanistic future upon us. As a TEA Party activist, citizen journalist, and pundit!, my goal is to use the New Media to advance the radical notions of America's Founders back into our culture.
