95,000 Illegal Aliens Are on the Voter Rolls in Texas

The left is losing its mind. The Secretary of State has identified 95,000 non-citizens illegally registered to vote in the Lone Star State and intends to purge them.

It is being labeled as minority vote suppression.

“It’s clear that the right-wing elements in Texas government are trying to rig the system to keep power and disenfranchise 95,000 American citizens,” said Domingo Garcia, national president of the League of United Latin American Citizens. “There is no voter fraud in Texas. It’s a lie repeated time and again to suppress minority voters, and we’re going to fight hard against it.”

Well, I guess I can’t disagree with that, exactly. Illegal aliens are a minority compared to legal citizens. But then, so are identity thieves, those guilty of stealing food stamps and welfare fraud, and every other crime regardless of who commits them. Not that the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) cares.

A once proud organization that embraced learning English and integration into American Culture the LULAC now lives and breathes the Left’s identity politics, racism, diversity, and xenophobia narratives. It also seeks to advance the manifold of Democrat party socialist legislative priorities.

In 2012 Ohio tried to purge non-citizens from its voter rolls. Six years later the US Supreme Court upheld the state’s right to do so. But it took six years. The LULAC and ACLU filed the original lawsuit to block the purge.

They are intent on challenging this one despite that ruling. Because voter fraud doesn’t exist. It is a construct of the white patriarchy to keep minorities down. Or, so the narrative goes.
