There is speculation brewing. Joe Biden’s popularity in the Presidential Primary is a problem. He’s got a third of the support without even announcing. So, why not take the unofficial leader out before he even enters the race?
Besides, he’s an old white guy.

It’s a good working theory. My question is how does that stack up to the Democrats first an only concern. Who can beat Trump?
The Democrat party-donor-media industrial complex will destroy anyone to protect the candidate they believe can beat Trump. So, do they think Biden can beat Trump? He polls well against him. Democrats like him. Do they have a better choice?
I’m not convinced they do.
Biden v. Beto Dem Dirt Machine Showdown?
So, if it isn’t the Democrat machine it has to be a Democrat candidate’s operation. Sander’s is second in the polling, O’Rourke is third. Sander’s hasn’t been getting the love he got in 2016. There have been numerous stories about past supporters holding off on donations or endorsements.
The stories are more important than reality. Media bias is about perception. And Beto is a threat to Sanders. He’s going after his young-commie base. And he’s young.
O’Rourke got huge donor-support against Cruz in Texas. He made connections throughout the party Machine. He gained national inside access. And he’s the vanilla Obama. Minimal governing experience. No significant business or international expertise of which I’m aware (how Joe Biden got to be Obama’s VP if you forgot). The male version of Ocasio-Cortez. Energizer bunny-like but without the up-front open-mouth insert foot.
Lets Blame Beto. But he better have more than that. If Biden’s in, he’s going to get a pass if everyone else in the Machine thinks he’s the guy to beat Trump. Biden gets backing Beto gets to be Sanders in 2016. And Trump win’s again.
Or, not. There’s plenty of time for more foolishness. And the Left will at a few of its own on the way to Nov. 2020. And hey, maybe Joe Biden is leaking stories about creepy Joe Biden.
