Yes, I have “borrowed” Grokster Ellen’s post title but hey, it fits!
Former two time NH State Rep Victoria Sullivan announced her run to replace the uber-Progressive now sitting in the Mayor of Manchester’s chair. One of the best lines was along the lines of if you can’t control what’s going on on Elm Street (Manchester’s downtown thoroughfare), how can you control City Hall? She was introduced by long time Republican activist Will Infantine and also backing her announcement was current Manchester alderman Joe Kelly Levasseur along with local Republican activists.
Should be an interesting race – we will keep you up to date!
Originally, I wasn’t sure that I could be at the announcement and Ellen had said that she could be there to get video. Fortunately, I was able to go after all and thanks to Ellen for keeping the camera dry with the umbrella! Also, having been there for a while in the dank rain with an increasing wind, I was chilled to the bone (lose 60 lbs and you lose your “insulation” to boot) so apologies for any “shakes” with just using a monopod for the camera.
