Judicial Watch has been nothing if not persistent in its dogged pursuit of evidence. Armed with freedom of information act requests (FOIA) they have uncovered proof implicating high ranking officials in our government to covering up illegal behavior. Including Obama’s White House.

The Clinton email scandal has several facets. The illegal server; passing classified documents on unsecured networks; giving access to those documents to individuals lacking proper security clearance (you mean like the Chinese government); hiding the existence of the server and its contents; using the illegal mail server to hid government business from transparency rules; destroying evidence.
And conspiracy to cover it all up. Including pressuring FBI and DOJ.
Who knew about it was always an open question. Who helped cover it up still is. But the search for the missing emails sent by Clinton Inc. – because nothing ever goes away online especially if you shared it – and email is sharing – had to lead to the Executive office of then, President Barack Obama and it does.
Judicial Watch announced today that a senior FBI official admitted, in writing and under oath, that the agency found Clinton email records in the Obama White House, specifically, the Executive Office of the President. The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner.
Judicial Watch has been chasing emails related to Benghazi for years as well as compiling evidence that the Clinton server was used to deliberately hide the activity of officials from public right to know laws.
Blood from a Stone
Last December a Judge ordered the cooperation of several government officials, the State Department, FBI, and DOJ. Elements of the Obama era who mishandled the investigation. A search for emails from Clinton and associates through recipients of those emails. That led investigators to the West Wing. Communications archived on the receiving end during the reign of Obama.
“This astonishing confirmation, made under oath by the FBI, shows that the Obama FBI had to go to President Obama’s White House office to find emails that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or hide from the American people.” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “No wonder Hillary Clinton has thus far skated – Barack Obama is implicated in her email scheme.”
That’s not news necessarily. It seemed unlikely that Clinton used the illegal server without ever reaching out to the White House. She wasn’t hiding her activity from her boss. But she has implicated him in both a working knowledge of the misuse of classified information, the effort to hide government business from the people, and the cover-up when she got caught. Obama’s complicity will not be high-rotation news on CNN or MSDNC.
