South Dakota Passes Constitutional Carry – Gov. Says She’ll Sign it!

While New Hampshire Democrats attempt to take new Hampshire backward on the issue, South Dakota is poised to become the 14th State with Constitutional Carry.

On Tuesday, the South Dakota state legislature passed a bill allowing for permit-less concealed carrying. The bill now goes to the desk of Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD), who has already expressed support for the measure.

Constitutional Carry, Madam, if you can keep it!

On Saturday, March 9th from 12-2 pm, the Women’s Defense League of New Hampshire is hosting a Hold the Line – Fifth Annual Gun Rights Rally. Supporters will gather outside the State House in Concord. An annual affair that has special meaning this year.

As intimated above, Democrat majorities are clinging bitterly to their gun-grabbing ways. They hope to repeal permitless carry in the Granite State. Not because it is a danger to the public. Not because police departments need the revenue. They have to do everything in their power to limit the legal gun-owners ability to defend themselves.

They pass meaningless bans in the State House. Are forever trying to make it harder for law-abiding citizens to own a firearm. Seek to limit how and where they carry them — always promoting policy that increases risk, crime, injury, and death.

New Hampshire enjoys consistently low crime rates, even with an opioid crisis. The ease with which law-abiding citizens can enjoy the right to self-defense is a huge factor. We congratulate South Dakota on finding their way to Constitutional Carry.

We, here in New Hampshire, are fighting to keep it.
