Tit for tat? You really don’t think that with Government as large as it is, it couldn’t happen? The Bureaucracy’s version of a “brush back” pitch (e.g., coming after one of ours? We’ll return the favor). Each agency can do a lot of harm at an individual level – and they know how to use it? M.A.D., anyone?
