Another set of folks to offer their words of praise for Ambassador Joseph and Augusta Petrone – family friends, the Miners, were the next to take the podium. In addition to those that were physically present, a number of folks sent their words in by proxy due to other commitments; some came later in the evening (via Fran Wendelboe and Jennifer Horn) but here are the offerings from US Senator (R-NH) Kelly Ayotte and former Speaker of the US House (and Presidential candidate) Newt Gingrich (the former read by Robin Anderson of her office; Newt’s words by Andrew Hemingway (who did write for GraniteGrok for a brief time) who worked on Newt’s Presidential campaign in the Digital Media arena).
