GrokTALK! Special Interview: Ed Naile of CNHT on his Motion for Intervention in the ACLU Voter ID lawsuit

by Skip

Ed Naile, Chair of the Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers (CNHT) filed a motion of intervention in the ACLU lawsuit against the new Voter ID act (passed by both the NH House and NH Senate, vetoed by Gov John “Do Nuttin'” Lynch, and then overridden by both the NH House and Senate to become law.  The Left leaning League of Women Voters and the far Left leaning ACLU sued to have the Act thrown out (Steve reports on this here, here, here, here, and here).  Even though Judge Lewis has ruled, he also accepted of Motion of Intervention from Ed Naile, Ed Mosca (acting as Counsel to the NH House) and Andy Martin – the hearing is October 5 at 3pm.

This could become interesting – listen to the interview as it is possible that this order may well go to the NH Supreme Court!
