I just mentioned the almost Obama Secretary of Commerce Judd Gregg in my earlier post about the now almost former Secretary of Commerce John Bryson (who has now decided to take a leave of absence), when his Senator Gregg’s name has turned up again.
Michelle Malkin has taken a moment from her busy day to remind us about the 19 Republican Senators who voted to confirm Eric Holder to the not quite so post racial post of US Attorney General, despite having reasons to be suspicious, simply becasue the newly anointed soon to be not so post Racial President asked them.
And Judd Gregg was one of the 19. Remember?
Black Panthers, suing sovereign states, using intimidation, Gun runner, Immigration shenanigans, security leaks, ignoring lynch mobs, trying terrorists in NYC show trials, voter fraud, not prosecuting based on skin color, and very likely contempt if not perjury (in just three years of hard work), are all signs that ignoring the Conservatives who warned you to vote against confirmation—were smarter than you. Smarter right out of the gate becasue Holder was bad all the way back to pardoning the Election day antics in Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love, where 110% of voting age residents show up at the polls as long as there are no militant Black Panther patrolling outside to shank whitey should they even try to vote against the Black Man running for President. (And yes, Holder was Bad back to Clinton and Marc Rich and probably before.)
So here’s to the go-along-get-along guys and gals in the GOP, even the ones who have retired, who suffered through years of blistering and uncompromising Democrat assaults on Republican nominations, while bending over backwards–and a bit to the left–to confirm almost anyone any Democrat appointed no matter what their constituents tried to tell them
This Eric Holder is for you.
Nice work.
What’s worse, however, is that it’ll keep happening until we replace them all with vertebrate Republicans.
