Kos And Effect

Kos LogoThe Boo Hoo Hamster crowd, often cross-posting to or from Daily Kos, might want to ask themselves as they poo poo about this or that, which party was more invested in the demise of Gabrielle Gifford, a Blue Dog Democrat who was not loved by the hard left.

Big Journalism has an intersting set of observations about the lefts response including this…

…the DailyKos website that went on a deletion binge trying to wipe away all the foul attacks by its members on Gabrielle Gifford.

One DailyKos post, originally seen at this address, said that Gabrielle Gifford was “dead to me.” The headline of the piece read: “My CongressWOMAN voted against Nancy Pelosi! And is now DEAD to me! ” The posting went on to complain about Giffords. Tellingly, DailyKos has sent this post down the memory hole.

Not only that, but Kos himself said that Gabrielle Giffords was on a “target list” of politicians he wanted to get rid of.

"Dead to me?" Wonder if their hands were just as disconnected from their brains as Johnny "Vehicular Manslaughter was an option" BBad?

And "on a ‘target list’ of politicians we want to get rid of…"

Not defeat, or replace, but "get rid of."

So if we are going to play the blame game it looks to me like the Daily Kos is responsible for the attack, don’t you think?
