Someone was kind enough to send me a sliver of NH House Rep Tony DiFrusica’s (R-INO) voting record–that part that makes his desperate clinging to the Republican party untenable.
-Voted for HCR2 Endorsing the National Health Care Act (Voted to endorse ObamaCare!)
-Voted for same-sex marriage (HB1590 & HB73)
-Voted against parental consent for a minor to have an abortion (HB1662)
-Voted on numerous occasions to dramatically increase his own salary as a NH State Representative.
-Voted against HB109 Relative to consumer choice in health insurance (health care choice)
-Voted against HB500 Repealing the authority for an exclusive
representative of an employee organization to conduct collective bargaining for employees. Allowing non-union employees to negotiate directly.

-Voted in favor of SB144 Allowing the unemployment compensation trust fund to be charged for benefits paid for certain employee terminations. Unemployment for voluntarily quitting.
-Voted in favor of HB574 Authorizing liens for unpaid building code violations and requiring landlord agents for restricted rental property. Seizing rental property for building code violations.
– Voted against HB532 Excluding extra or special duty pay from earnable compensation in the retirement system. No extra-duty pay in pension calculation
-Voted for SB40 Relative to protecting workers and local governments with advance notice of impending plant closings and layoffs. Extended layoff notice requirement for small businesses.
-Voted for SB180 Establishing an accountability system to ensure the opportunity for an adequate education and repealing the legislative committee on costing an adequate education. Arbitrary educational accountability “standards”
– Voted against HB312 Permitting a person to record a law enforcement officer in the course of such officer’s official duties. Audio recording of police officers (per NH Constitution Part I Art 8)
– Voted against HCR6 Affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.
– Voted against HB440 Repealing the state’s authority to bond school building aid costs.
– Voted for CACR9 Relating to term of office. Providing that beginning with the 2012 general election, there shall be a 4-year term of office for governor. Making governor less accountable to voters
– Voted for HB461 Establishing a state-owned casino to provide funds for public education. State-owned casinos
– Voted against HB640 Relative to speed limits and keeping right except to pass. Increasing speed limit from 65 to 70.
– Was one of only two "Republicans" to vote in favor of HB1459 (Hassan’s anti-free speech bill)
