Ashooh, Mahoney To Aid Guinta Campaign

Drew Cline is reporting that both Rich Ashooh and Sean Mahoney have signed on as Co-Chairs in Frank Guinta’s campaign to unseat Carol Seiu-Porter.

I’m not sure what that level of commitment entails, but symbolically it invites the supporters of both candidates to assist in the shared goal of removing a guaranteed vote for anything Pelosi proposes in all it’s destructive glory whether she is a majority or minority leader.

This is to some degree, the kind of commitment I was seeking when I wrote this last week.  I’d also like to see some money flowing in to help Frank fight off Carol’s union and congressional PAC money, as well as all the ads we can expect from the Unions and every left wing fringe group under the sun.  (Carol attracts all the ants to her party even when she looks doomed to failure).

So hats off to the Mahoney and Ashooh campaigns for making this token gesture of support.  If they can back it up with some money and some boots, then we’ll be cooking with fire.
