Gun Violence

Democrats base their anti-gun crusade on a goal to end gun-violence.   They make an emotional appeal suggesting that making it harder for the average citizen to obtain a firearm will achieve that goal. But everywhere Democrats have made it harder for the average citizen to obtain a firearm gun violence has actually increased, sometimes exponentially.  … Read more

And In NH Our AG’s Always Run For Office

Looking at this Florida voter fraud conviction from across the border here in “voter fraud free” New Hampshire , one has to wonder.

Shouldn’t any state that prosecutes voter fraud be entitled to the Presidential Primary instead of one that refuses to prosecute the simplest cases of election law violations?

In the Fla. case above, a team effort to win elections through cheating was uncovered, investigated, and prosecuted.
All the convicted person, Jeffrey Garcia, did was acquire a couple hundred absentee ballots with the intent to use them to help his boss, Fla. Democrat Rep. Joe Garcia.

When you read down to the end of the story it looks like the Democrat Congressman also was involved in a scheme to illegally fund a rival Republican’s primary opponent. That issue is still pending.

Who,Then, Protects You If The Police Have No Duty to Do So?

One of the best questions you can ask a low or no-information voter who has bought into the progressive anti-gun mantra, after you point this fact out is, “who protects you if the police have no duty to do so?”

That will get you a look and a half, mouth agape.  What subterfuge is this?

Oh, you didn’t know?  Time and time again the courts have declared that ‘” government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any particular individual citizen.”

Law enforcement can’t be everywhere.  Law enforcement cannot protect you nor has it any obligation to do so.  It can only record, report, and then pursue criminals after a crime has been committed, if they deem it worth their time and resources.

The NIPCC Report on Climate – A Non Political Finding By People Not Looking For Government Handouts

Was AL gore near South DakotaThis would be the fourth report, but given that the IPCC has jumped another shark in its pursuit of “research” that explains its conclusions, we need to post this.

The report, which cites thousands of peer-reviewed articles the United Nations-sponsored panel on climate change ignored, also found that “no empirical evidence exists to substantiate the claim that 2°C of warming presents a threat to planetary ecologies or environments” and no convincing case can be made that “a warming will be more economically costly than an equivalent cooling.” The U.N.’s panel is scheduled to release its next report next month.

Is this Evidence of ‘Intent?’

Martha Fuller Clark had four out of state voters registered from her Portsmouth NH HomeWe have evidence that Democrat Campaign Operative Alysha Tyranny Tierney voted absentee from the 20 Salmon Brook Road home of NH Democrat candidate Latha Mangipudi.

We also have evidence that Alysha Tyranny Tierney lives in Ludlow Massachusetts, has been continuously registered to vote from her 5 N Arthur St Ludlow, MA home since 2009, and has voted from that address six times.  The last time she voted from her home in Ludlow MA was June 2013, just a few months before the absentee vote cast from the Mangipudi address in Nashua.  Remember, Tyranny Tierney is still registered to vote from Ludlow.

What can we determine about Alysha’s intent given these facts?

Tribal Democrat Almost Has Road to Damascus Moment

Gadsden FlagA Yale Professor was forced, if only briefly, outside his tiny blue bubble recently.  In the course of analyzing data he made an alarming discovery.  It was alrming to him, at least.

“I’ve got to confess, though, I found this result surprising.  As I pushed the button to run the analysis on my computer, I fully expected I’d be shown a modest negative correlation between identifying with the Tea Party and science comprehension,” Kahan wrote.

What did he find?

…those who identified as part of the tea party movement were actually better versed in science than those who didn’t, Kahan found. The findings met the conventional threshold of statistical significance, the professor said.

“You Didn’t Build That” Means ‘You Didn’t Earn It Either’

404 Property rights Not FoundIf someone in your family passed away how much of their property–what percentage of its total value–would their neighbors be entitled to?

Is it thirty percent?  How about fifty percent?

Do strangers in your neighborhood, people you may not even know casually, have a right to take half your stuff from your family without regard to your wishes?  Do they have that right, even if you are close?  Do they have that right without the consent of the family or the deceased, to just take some of that property as if it were their own?

Angry Atheists Want Ground Zero Cross Gone

From the ACLJGround Zero Cross

They lost. But they won’t give up.

Angry atheists claim the mere existence of the Ground Zero Cross is giving them “depression, headaches, anxiety, and mental pain and anguish.”

As ridiculous as it sounds, they are taking this argument to a federal appeals court.

We are preparing a critical amicus brief, due in a matter of weeks, to defend the Cross.

John Wayne on Liberals

I grabbed this from the Blaze.  I found it very…interesting. This is audio of John Wayne talking about liberals.  He talks about how they treat people who disagree with them, all kinds of things. What is interesting is that he could be saying this today, about the Democrats who run and are in the party … Read more

Manchester Passes On Common Core

Courtesy of Ann Marie Banfield – Facebook.Stop common core

Congratulations to the residents of MANCHESTER. Tonight the School Board voted to DEVELOP MANCHESTER ACADEMIC STANDARDS!!!!

We saw real leadership tonight when Mayor Ted Gatsas said he wanted the BEST standards for the students in Manchester.

The board listened to the concerns in the community and decided to take a different direction. The Chair Sarah Ambrogi took her time and listened to parental concerns and looked at information that was presented during all of the board meetings that led up to tonight’s decision.

Manchester and Alton are leading the way in NH to set higher and better expectations for their students.

The Sun Rises, Water is Wet, and NH’s Medicaid Commission Signs Off on Expansion

Everyone loves a good show but the decision of New Hampshire’s Kangaroo Court medicaid Expansion Commission, tasked with determining if the state should take the Federal bait and make Medicaid bigger, was always a foregone conclusion.

State Rep. Cindy Rosenwald, D-Nashua, credited the nine-person panel with staying focused on the task at hand.

“Even though we haven’t always agreed on specifics, we all share a strong commitment to New Hampshire,” Rosenwald said.

A strong commitment to turning New Hampshire into New Massachusetts.  So did Cindy vote by herself or did she have Janice Rottenberg or Paolo Cozzi vote as well?

It’s always nice to know that people of integrity are standing up for what they believe in at your expense.  The Medicaid expansion is something Democrats want because it comes with a promise of Federal money to implement and the promise of higher taxes when the Federal support abates or collapses.  Federal oversight will mirror their own bureaucratic designs without the electoral complication.  They get more government without the nasty side-effect of having to claim responsibility when it fails to deliver.  They are just appointed observers of our gradual demise.

Don’t Let Them “Detroit” Virginia

This ad was focus-grouped in Virgina.  It was so effective it moved Democrats away from Democrat candidate Terry McAuliff–who, if you have forgotten, had at least two transient former OFA-NH  Ballot-box-stuffers working his campaign in 2013 after they voted and left the Granite State. That is all well and good for Virginia, but what I … Read more

Obama In Wonderland

When you can’t find time to write, you share. Obama in Wonderland

Ed Lasky has a piece at American Thinker that points out what should seem obvious.   Obama Inc. is either completely out of touch or being malicious in its insistence that what happens as a result of their policies never really happened.

We have heard President Obama say that ObamaCare would not add a dime to the deficit, people would be able to keep their doctors, premiums would not rise — and in many cases would be cheaper than a cell phone bill — all demonstrably false ; the rollout of ObamaCare is not going great with some minor “glitches” due to the high demand, it is a train wreck and the demand, such as it is, has been pathetic .

Does he read newspapers or watch the news?
