While we are poking the Shaheen campaign with the crooked stick of corruption for implied coordination with a Super PAC, let us not forget that the message she is trying to sell as a part of that coordination is misleading in itself.
:”… When Brown was the Senator from Massachusetts he gave big oil and Wall Street billions in special breaks. They gave him millions in campaign contributions. Jeanne Shaheen voted to stop those special breaks. She’s leading the fight for a bipartisan bill to lower energy costs for consumers and create jobs. …”
You want to know what the special breaks are? Not taxing someone more than you already are or, Lord help us all, choosing to take less of their money by force than before.
To put that in context, when the town I live in didn’t spend so much that they had to take more of my income in additional taxes than they already did, that difference to a Democrat, is my special break.
