Manchester’s Dr. Nicholas Marshall Found Not Guilty – Cleared of All Charges

medicade thumbnailAt the beginning of this year I wrote an article with regard to Medicaid fraud and New Hampshire’s pursuit of expanding it; Medicaid and fraud go hand in hand.  (Government programs are built for fraud.) In the course of that article I cited recent charges by the NH AG against a Dr. Nicholas Marshall, an Orthodontist in Manchester.  Marshall was charged with 45 counts of Medicaid fraud.  Dr. Marshall has been found innocent of all charges.

In a trial that might have significant consequences for Medicaid in New Hampshire, a Manchester orthodontist was cleared of 45 felony counts of Medicaid fraud by a Concord jury last week.

In my original remarks I suggested that this might be an act of theater by the NH AG”s office.  I also hinted that Marshall was probably guilty of something–because the system continues to be gamed to make it nearly impossible to be innocent.  It is just a matter of if and when you are charged, why, and by whom.  Dr. Marshall was found not guilty, but the system is still messed up, and the NH AG’s office is still suspect.

Democrat War on Stay At Home Moms

Hello my name is warren wimmenObama’s just saying what Democrats think…just days before an election–which means the last thing they want voters to know is what they actually think.  So Obama’s SRD – Scripted Rhetorical Device, just exploded under his parties already broken down 2014 campaign bus demanding every one of them answer the question: what do Democrats have against stay at home moms, and why don’t you want them to make that choice.

So to Obama and Democrats a woman’s only value is measured by what she earns by exchanging her “labor” for cash?

James ‘Candy Crowley’ Pindell

Hey, everyone gets a nick-name, and thanks to last nights Brown-Shaheen Debate, James gets a new one.

And Scott Brown has now given the Democrats some hope.  He included Sullivan County in ‘The North Country,’ which started a twitter debate about how Sullivan county is west and mostly north of Concord, whether north of Concord counted as ‘The North Country,’ and even spawned left-wing tweets with pictures making Brown out to be some alien ambassador trying to dupe the locals into thinking he was one of them.  This from the people who hate New Hampshire’s current State Motto, Live Free or Die.

Pindell started all that by observing that Sullivan County was west of Concord.  So is Alaska, technically, so why bring it up?

‘Or we Could have had a cure for Ebola‘ might have to ask ‘If you like your plan you can keep your plan’ to slide over a bit so it can sit next to it on the Democrat bench of all time classic talking-point blunders.  We are referring to that Democrat rhetoric by which Republican spending priorities (as in spending less) is WHY we do not already have a cure for Ebola–something that had to blow up in their faces.

Democrats wasted trillions.  TRILLIONS.  Jeanne Shaheen and company had their way with more than 21 trillion dollars, nearly doubling the debt to 17.9 Trillion in just six years.
