In segment four we explore the administrative state and how you can’t do anything anymore without violating a regulation or a law; you can’t even feed the homeless without permission from the state.  You even need a sticker on your dinghy!

It is the ongoing inversion of responsibility from the citizen to the government.

And the administrative state doesn’t want you to interfere, and they’ll do whatever they must to make sure you can’t.
