Guilty Until Proven Innocent

The big government liberals have favored the notion of guilty until proven innocent, mostly with their opponents, for as long as we can remember.  Most recently it’s been cries of hate and racism without evidence, and more recent still accusations of using foreign money in US elections, again without proof and without parity.  They take more money from similar groups, or have provided evidence of real hate and racism without any desire to do anything about it.

Unless you are a progressive, you are guilty until proven innocent.

Then there was the woman who had her baby taken from her by child and family services right after she gave birth, here in New Hampshire.  Another case of the big government bureaucrat reacting first and asking questions later.  And it has happened again.

This time in Pennsylvania.  A young mother loses her baby to the government because of the results of a hospital policy to test new mothers for drugs  when they come in to give birth.  (And the liberals like Carol Shea-Porter want to give the government complete control over your body and your life in the form of federally managed heath care, of your retirement accounts, your energy, everything.)

This is just another example of the ‘utopia’ they have planned for you. There are strict rules, to be mishandled by incompetent, unimpeachable bureaucrats, handed down by the incumbent ruling class, that only apply to the rest of us. And we see it everywhere in the Obama/Democrat majority. The left’s leadership has been showing you their cards.  The laws do not apply to them.  They will not prosecute their own ruling class or its supporters.  But you?  You are guilty until proven innocent.

Transparency

“I now know what the democrats really meant when they promised to create ‘more transparency in government.’ After just a few months in complete control…we were able to see right through them. “

Jilted RINO Seeks Revenge

Longtime RINO and progressive sympathizer Cynthia Dokmo lost her primary.  She didn’t take it well.  Now she is pulling a Murkowski–sort of–waging a write in campaign to undo the injustice thrust upon her by primary voters. Certainly it must have been a mistake.  In all of her district there has to be one or two … Read more

A Picture is Worth…

I never did put this picture with my original post on it from Sunday morning.  (Post here). Picture below.

Abusive Union supporting John Lynch

Warning-SEIU Supports John LynchRyan Williams (GOP Spokesperson) just pulled a Kathy Sullivan.  He’s filed a complaint with the AG over an out of state Ad attacking John Stephen.  The democrats of course think this is hypocritical, you know, to act just like they do.  And maybe it is.  Or maybe Kathy is afraid Ryan will get an  overflowing complaint drawer at the AG’s office just like hers.

Speaking personally my "interest" in out of state interests turns entirely on the lefts obsession with pretending they don’t use them or get money from them, and who they are really funded by.  That’s the real hypocrisy.  So maybe Ryan Williams is just making a point?

But is it the right point to make?

What’s the real issue with that Ad?

Ok, Like, This Is Me On The defict, Eh.

In twenty months the democrats have added $3,039,049,594,342.88 dollar deficit. (That’s trillions). That’s more debt than the entire history of America from its founding to 1990.

Beware Misleading Jobs Numbers

If New Hampshire only had one person in their workforce, and they had a job, unemployment would be at 0%.  Keep that in mind as John Lynch and the democrats short-stroke the September adjusted jobs number around as a sign that they are good for the economy.  They are not.

The unemployment number is merely a reflection of how many people are actually in the workforce, versus how many of that number are working.  You could manage to create no jobs at all and have unemployment go down simply because the number of people looking kept getting smaller every month.

Well that what’s been happening in the Granite State, so take the news in this mornings paper of a recent decrease in the unemployment percentage with a shaker of salt.  John Lynch will want to spin this as John’s economic recovery stage show, but how do you sell that when people are leaving the theater in droves?  You don’t tell anyone they are leaving.

Carol Shea-Porter Isn’t In The Middle Class

Shea-Porter is RichCarol Shea-Porter is earning over 170,000.00 dollars per year as a member of the US House.  (That’s $120,000.00 more per year than the national average for the rest of us.) Her husband, whose income remains a mystery–perfectly legal as I understand it–has an extensive military background (for which he deserves our thanks) and appears to be employed by the government as well.  So it is safe to say that he’s making good money. In fact, odds are good he is making twice as much as his private sector counterpart.

Is he making $80,000.00 per year or more?  I bet he is.  And if he is, by the left wings definition, the Shea-Porters are rich, and therefore not eligible for the distinction of "being part of the middle class."  And until such time as we know for certain, it is safe to assume that every time someone in the Shea-Porter campaign claims she is just part of the middle class, including Carol, they are lying to you.

Judd Gregg’s Legacy

In regard to Obama Care…   “I don’t think starving or repealing is the best approach here. You basically go in and restructure it.”   Cue the Duck Boats.  Gregg’s legacy just set sail.

Nancy Shea-Pelosi On….Honestly I have No Idea What This Woman Is On

Just because it makes no sense:  The Speaker of the US House explains how unemployment creates jobs.  This is the kind of stupid thinking that Carol Shea-Porter Supports.  And After the ‘Every Dollar of Food Stamps nets $1.78 worth of economy” comment, this has to be one of my favorite dingbat, left-wingisms. Hint: The democrat’s … Read more

Lynch Lied.com Updates

Swing on over to Lynchlied.com to check out some of the most recent ‘lies.’  There’s a new one posted that is near and dear to my heart.  (I’ve been talking about it for years) It reminds us that John Lynch’s support of RGGI is a broad based tax that has sucked 25 million dollars out … Read more

Did Ray ‘Fidel’ Buckley Blow It?

Just to make sure everyone knows that Ray Buckley had a hand in the creation of what appears to be one of the best Republican get out the vote and campaign motivators to come along in recent weeks, here’s his stamp of approval.  (We’re talking about the Extreme 16 Web site by the way)

Nancy and Carol Shea-Lamb Chop.

OK.  It’s kind of National Enquirer circa 1975, but it gets points for being an artistically accurate representation of the relationship. Note: No NEA funding was required so no taxpayer dollars were harmed in the making of this "expression." Note#2: I decided to post this after reading Tim Horrigan’s  assertion over at Red Hampshire that … Read more

Sign Of The Times

Bob Nickerson of Sandown had a campaign sign confiscated. It was a Carol Shea-Porter sign he had modified himself to say “Dump Shea-Porter Out Of Congress, Nancy Pelosi’s Lap Dog.” His first mistake seems to have been sending the Seiu-Porter campaign a picture of it. The campaign notified local police based on a state law that prohibits defacing campaign signs, and at the end of it all Bob lost his sign.

Hey! I should be on the “Extreme 16” too…

extreme16.jpg

As Skip wrote here, "the protestations have begun", with a number of candidates for the New Hampshire Legislature NOT being included in the "Extreme 16" bracket, established by Mary Jane Wellner and Marjorie Smith, who head the Committee to elect House Democrats.

I wrote a letter to Mary and Marjorie, thanking them for highlighting a crop of our Conservative Patriots, who value the principles of small government, fiscal responsibility, individual liberties, and Constitutional adherence!  I also mentioned that they should have called it the "Extreme 300", since there are SO many folks out there running for the NH House and Senate, who qualify for this bracket.  I listed a handful of candidates that I could think of, off the top of my head, not meaning to include them all.  Well, a few people that I did miss replied and said "Hey!, I should be on that list too!".

One of them was Andrew Manuse, who responded to Mary and Marjorie, in the fashion of Ed Mosca.  Here is Andrew’s fine letter to them: (after the jump)

How Does Carol Pay The Bills

The Nashua Telegraph went to a bit of trouble to post candidate financial reports, so even though I’d already reviewed a few myself I figured they deserved another look. One thing in particular stood out to me… …Carol Shea Porter lists no savings or checking accounts, not for her, not for her spouse–whose income as an IRS … Read more
