I guess the writer is talking about US! Nice to be noticed and for all the right reasons. One thing is for sure – you KNOW who we are as we almost all go by our actual names. Yes, some people use an alias – that’s what the Revolutionary pamphleters did to keep their heads on their shoulders in working order. I get stuff. All the time. Some puts a smile on my face for the right reason. Some don’t. But some put smiles on my face but not necessarily for the purposes for which it was meant. This is one of them. RRftSotRR stands for one of my memes: a “Republican Republican for the Sake of the Republican Party”. Translation: Thou shalt not diss the Party. Not swift, as I’m not all that into such totalitarian diktats from my “political” betters (or those thinking they are). So, in this person’s own words:

Yep – that yellow thing is the paperwork you’d fill out at the office of the NH Secretary of State, Bill Gardner, located on the second floor in the State Capital building in Concord, if you were to run for state or county wide offices (but not the House of Representatives). There are slots still open all over the place (literally!) for good Conservative / small government / less taxing / less intrusive candidates (you know, not Andru Volinsky types) to sign up – you’ve got until the fifteenth of this month to do so (4pm).

So, if you ever wanted to light up a Liberal (no, not the visage on their faces – those might get VERY dark in your general direction) in the best way possible, sign up with a lovely grin on your face. Hey, it might even have the same effect on an establishment GOPe-er as well! See – fun!

Frank Edelblut, Commissioner for the NH Department of Education spoke at the June meeting for the Rochester 912 group talking about what he has encountered during his time in that spot. I will have to admit, he was adroit in covering a whole range of issues that his department is covering. All without notes. And then the same during the question and answer period as well. I think this is TED lecture quality.

Again, when GraniteGrok was newly born, Weekend Pundit was the first to ever link to us (and as you can see, we’ve never forgotten that nice gesture). Well, a blogcelebration is in order!

Where Did All The Time Go? It’s Been 16 Years!!

It’s hard to believe that this blog has been around for sixteen years, but it has. My dear brother made the first post 16 years ago today, our former website – World Domination, Inc – having become too cumbersome to maintain. (Our motto was and still is Subjugating Humanity, One Individual At A Time.) His first post can be found here. Just scroll down to the bottom.

This blog started on Blogger, then moved to Blogmosis (long defunct), then Nexcess, and finally back to Blogger. There have been thousands of posts, some lost (when Blogmosis went under), and the rest here at Blogger. The topics covered are too numerous to list, but most of them dealt with the Left, the Wrong (basically the same thing), the Constitution, and just plain tomfoolery of all stripes. While life has intruded, making blogging much more difficult, I have managed to post on weekends. (I guess that makes the blog title accurate, eh?)

I guess Scala or Galdieri haven’t heard the latest, have they?

Quick Thought: HB 1319 – asked and answered

As to Gov. Chris “Supporting the Democrat Agenda Identity Group politics against the NH GOP” in signing HB1319, I was asked earlier today:

Where do you stand?

Answer: It demands coerced speech and behavior from those that do not believe that a man can simply announce that he is a woman and MUST refer to him as such (contra our lying eyes). It now sets up transgenders as a whole as yet another special interest group, another “protected class” that now has “elevated” privileges not available to the general public. With Sununu’s signature of Friday, they have risen to the top of the Progressive Identity Totem Pole ranking at least for the weekend (as that ranking seems to change every few minutes than a pachinko ball changes its direction; said ranking seems to be in constant flux based on the “political opportunity” at hand and it is their club.).

It also places half the population, females, into a lowered status physically; the two examples are from Connecticut and Texas where trans girls winning girls’ state championships simply because they announced they are now girls and not boys. What is the fairness in that? Is it the goal, for Political Correctness / Cultural Marxism reasons, to wipe out any commonsense differences between the two sexes? After all, you can’t call it a “social construct” on one hand and “Patriarchy” on the other at the same time.

“Winning is only a precursor; what you do afterwards is most important. Let Chris Sununu ponder upon that before signing the latest Bathroom Bill HB1319

Governor Sununu, apparently, doesn’t like that line in so much. His exact quote is “Winning is everything.” I guess the “the means justify…” something or other. If you don’t have a purpose, it doesn’t matter, I guess. It’s like that old phrase “if you don’t know where yer goin’, it doesn’t matter what road you take.” And right now, the conservative base in NH is waiting to see what road Governor Sununu is going to take.
