LHS Associates is the sole proprietor for electronic election voting equipment, software, and memory cards in New Hampshire. Their Diebold machines are responsible, by some estimates, for collecting over 80% of the vote in the Granite State.
The Town of Windham paid LHS Associates in excess of $7,000 for “Ballots” in an invoice dated April 16, 2020. This direct payment brings into question adherence to RSA 656:1.
This sounds like the goal is to ensure no one is accountable to anyone for whatever happens to the digital data from federal elections.

NH Resident Dan Richard has been granted an Emergency Hearing by the Rockingham County Superior Court, this Friday, September 9, 2022, at 1pm to seek a temporary and permanent injunction to prohibit the use of voting machines and to hand count ballots. This hearing is open to the public.

As the town of Windham loses its collective mind over the Board of Selectmen’s choice of forensic auditor, SB43 (now law) makes absolutely no provision for an actual forensic audit.

New Hampshire’s State-Run ABC affiliate is WMUR. They dutifully cover the stories they are supposed to and ignore the ones they are not. When forced to cover local issues with national themes they’ve been commanded to ignore, they can be relied on to be dismissive or just get it wrong.
Update: When the Windham Board of Selectmen attempted to open the meeting, the zoom capacity was maxed out, causing the discussion on the election audit and SB43 to be rescheduled for March 1, 2021, at 7p.
Relying on Dominion to tally New Hampshire’s votes is like trusting Bernie Madoff with our retirement funds. Ignoring what is possibly the greatest crime ever perpetrated against American citizens’ sacred right to vote…is unfathomable.
