Someone asked me to look into this a bit ago – another School District believing it could override the US and NH Constitution and numerous court decisions. It’s the same problem I fought for over two years and finally won in having my School Board.
“Should” does not mean “shall” or “must” but is a permissive term. Nothing in this Policy limits the rights of individuals under the federal or state constitutions. I don’t know what’s gong on with GabTV but I keep getting complaints that the videos we are putting up are not behaving well: “stuttering,” video starts and then stops for good, the video stops but the audio keeps playing, and other scenarios in between.
Last Tuesday was the latest Gilford School Board Meeting. While it wasn’t quite as contentious as what has been happening elsewhere in NH lately, I’d like to think that I’m trying to point out that School Board members aren’t doing their due diligence from a Legal / Policy standpoint.
