MACDONALD: How Expensive Is a Democrat Win in November?

If you missed last week’s GrokTALK! I discussed this problem and its impacts on Granite Staters. If we elect Democrat majorities and a Democrat government, the first-session budget cost increase for what we know they have planned is probably an additional 2-4 billion in new taxes. Sucked out of your businesses, bank accounts, pocketbooks, investments, and wallets.

That doesn’t include regulatory or mandate costs from new rules, policy, or other legislation. They won’t let grass grow beneath ’em, if you take my meaning.

I know, you didn’t realize the government needed another 4 billion of your money when the government you have is already doing too much for too much. Don’t worry, they’ll demsplain it to you, and if you’re truly fortunate, they will also try to pass laws to infringe on when, where, and how you can complain about it.

That’s just at the state level. Federally, a Democrat win in November would add another burden on top of those.

The report added up the presumed costs for Democratic Socialists of America’s agenda items such as loosening border restrictions, handing out amnesty to all illegal immigrants in the country, abolishing the police and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, eliminating prisons, providing government-run healthcare for everyone, and canceling all student debt.

The majority of the cost would come from Medicare for All, which is predicted to cost $47.4 trillion out of the $52.8 trillion in gross costs, which was lowered to nearly $49 trillion due to the estimated $3.9 trillion that would be collected from the wealth tax.

Dems lie, and they are lying about the rise of the DSA unless, of course, they openly support it or its candidates, which means that agenda, which is the Democrat Party agenda, is going to cost you.

The second most expensive proposal, according to the report, would be canceling student debt and making college free. That comes at a price tag of $3.6 trillion….

The third-largest spending item would come from a mandated 32-hour workweek, costing approximately $918 billion in lost tax revenue….

One estimate puts the initial ten-year cost at 49 trillion, which, if you’re familiar, is more than the entire national debt today.

Anyone want to explain how you more than double the national debt in ten years and make the party of affordability argument? It can’t just come from the wealth extraction angle. This sort of behavior devalues the currency, spikes inflation, and ruins the economy in perpetuity.

And again, that’s just the bucket list costs we can identify.

You need to add in waste, fraud, abuse, administrative overhead, policing and enforcement (remember when Obama armed the executive branch agencies while trying to disarm you). All of that costs more.

There is an alternative.

Republicans will make government leaner, cheaper, lower taxes, get bureaucrats out of your way, and maybe even give more of the social responsibility stuff to the free market and non-profits, who can police each other at no expense to you to make sure there is genuine need, and that it doesn’t get real value.

Democrats have told you what they want; it will cost a fortune, you will have to pay for it, and if history is any guide, it will waste money and make every problem it claims it wants to solve worse.

Democrats will rob you blind and wreck your economy; both Obama and Biden did it; Democratic governments and mayors do it. These Democrats are not any different.
