You don’t have to look far to find memes or a comment about a judge who let a career criminal go for the umpteenth time, only to repeat or escalate, typically something awful like slashing a girl’s throat or lighting her on fire.
The same political culture that allows that happens to be the one that holds bartenders and gun makers at fault for things that happen as a result of their existence. Personal responsibility, the thing criminals don’t have to have as they skip out of the courtroom, is an anchor around the neck of everyone else.
The result is an if-then. If criminals are set free and commit more crimes, then aren’t the judges who let them loose responsible?
Proglodyte world doesn’t work that way because if it did, not one single Democrat would have a chance at winning an election or re-election anywhere in America. Sure, they are the nexus for fraud, corruption, drug and human trafficking, and the disarmament regime that creates victims and rewards criminals, but they are also responsible for this.
On July 11, 2023, ICE issued a detainer after Galvez-Perez was arrested for driving under the influence. California authorities did not honor it. Under Newsom’s sanctuary regime, the California Values Act (SB 54) and related state rules, local agencies are barred from holding people on ICE detainers and severely restricted from cooperating with federal immigration enforcement. He walked.
DHS says his record already included operating a vehicle without a license, DUI, hit-and-run with property damage, battery, domestic violence, and aggravated assault.
If you’re a Middle-Class American citizen named Rick, and you’re a white dude, you do time for the first offense and everyone after. That’s the unadvertised version of white Privilege.
Sergio Galvez-Perez, who was detained in Florida and deported in 2008 but came back, was protected by Democrats and their sanctuary policies, so he could do this.
Sergio Galvez-Perez, a 38-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, is wanted in Monterey County after authorities say he fathered a child with his own 14-year-old daughter. Investigators say the girl was only 13 when she became pregnant.
The newborn, named Baby Angelita by detectives, was found dead on the side of Struve Road near Moss Landing on August 1, umbilical cord still attached, with signs of traumatic injury.
That’s law and order in Gruesome Newsom’s California. It’s similar to what’s happening in Massachusetts, New York, and maybe even your state now or soon, if Democrats get or keep majorities.
The progressive nut-job response to this is probably something like, “Well, his daughter clearly didn’t have access to ‘women’s health care, or Sergio wouldn’t have had to kill that baby right after it was born,” which is something Democrats already applaud.
But was it her choice? Any of it? Probably not, so what do the Dems do now?
Legalize incest as part of being a Minor Attracted Person?
If he didn’t “rape” his 13-year-old daughter, we could save the government all sorts of money. Instead, he’s charged with “incest, lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, lewd acts with a minor, unlawful sexual intercourse, child concealment, and child endangerment.”
The courts are always backed up. Usually with a rogues’ gallery of current or future Democrat voters.
I guess the next question has to be: is Sergio’s latest list of crimes a bridge too far for even a liberal judge in a California court? Democrats are all in on eliminating the agency charged with finding and removing the “Sergio Galvez-Perezs” committing crimes and causing chaos in immigrant community neighborhoods, so there’s that. You can’t judge them if you’re not allowed to catch them.
And Democrats are tired of hearing about it (all the illegal alien crime) because they don’t want to have to pretend to do anything to protect you or your rights. And that’s the real question, yes? If government exists to protect our natural rights, what do you call it when Democrats use the government to deny them proudly? Part of their party platform.
