MACDONALD: This Is More Than Just ‘Kind Of’ Fascist

Regular readers know the name Nick Shirley. He went wide with his grassroots guy and a camera on a street investigation of fraud in Minnesota. He’s been at this longer than that, but that made him a name. He then went to California and found even more fraud. It’s gotten so bad even local media thinks it’s worth covering.

National Media, National Dems, and the same sort of women who helped put Hitler into power hate Nick Shirley. He’s on the curse altar next to Charlie Kirk, Donald Trump, RFJK, Tulsi, and others. Hate him, they do. Dead, they wish he was.

And it’s early days. Someone might decide to pull a Mangino/Brain Thompson thing and kill him, and there would be much rejoicing on the left, even though they’d insist they don’t condone that sort of thing. We don’t do that, they’d say. The othering contradicts it. The framing of political opponents and people who dare to challenge the approved orthodoxy as less than human. That’s fascist in all the ways that matter because it gives your unhinged street thugs permission to doxx them, SWAT them, assault them, and murder them.

Hitler did it, Mao did it, all the Democratic-Socialist-spawned governments that ended as National-Socialist or Communist regimes did it. It starts with othering and violence, and while the American Political left has been a lot more violent (remember the average five bombings per day in the early seventies), which means we can come back from it, we should expect more before we get less.

In the meantime, California, where they call the other side fascist and Nazi as much as any, is considering legislation that is obviously fascist. They want to make it illegal for people like Nick Shirley to report any message not approved by the state on the subject of rampant government fraud.

Not a new story, but one with legs. It’s one of those, ask your local Democrat in or running for office about it. Get that juicy soundbite, which the California law would make illegal if the question was how the government ignores fraudsters stealing billions of your tax dollars.

It’s not just video takedown requests, fines and legal fees, you can go to jail I looked into this and they can actually file criminal charges against journalists They can file these charges for what they consider “aggressive tactics” This would fall under – Repeated visits to private property – Confronting staff – Filming in ways that disrupt operations – Doxxing addresses (Meaning literally just mentioning the facility) You could face civil suits, restraining orders, fines, or CRIMINAL HARASSMENT CHARGES if prosecutors stretch the law @Brookerteejones “This bill says that if anyone investigates fraud taking place in immigrant communities and state-funded NGOs, they actually can go to jail, be fined up to $10,000, spend a lot of money defending themselves, And if they post a video about it, well, the video will have to come down.”

One of the features of fascism is control of the media. There can be no unapproved messages, and failing to comply results in violence, incarceration, and even death.

Dems can’t jump straight to it, not that they wouldn’t if they could, but this comes awfully close.

No, there is no chance in hell that this survives legal scrutiny, even under the loosest interpretations, but the legislation is real, and the support is genuine. It is the sort of thinking that cannot be considered as limited to the context of this one bill. Y’all knew that before COVID, but COVID taught a lot of people the truth. A progressive government will go to any lengths necessary to protect its messaging from the truth.

One of many reasons you simply cannot vote Democrat ever again. Don’t do it. Any Democrat who objects or resists will be treated like the rest of us. There is no room for moderation in the caucus or the party.

Period.

This is who they are, and we should make sure everyone knows it.
