That’s about the biggest thing I can think of – once again an Administration believed they could assume Powers that they aren’t entitled to. Wouldn’t life be better for us all if Government stopped, asked itself “am I allowed to do this Constitutionally or by Legislature?”, and then stop if they don’t? DO they even do “The Sniff Test” on theselves?
