At one point a little while ago, I was beginning to worry about a Republican enthusiasm gap as this metric very much was starting to trend in Obama’s favor. As you can see, the green line show Democrat favorability for Obama (red is strongly dislike). While recent events seem to have excited his base a tad, it also seems to have woken up Republicans from a lethargy (dispiritedness?) they had slumped into.
