And now, Al Letizio wants to go offline….no luck with that one.

Al Letizio

Yes, I got off track with other things – seems to be an easy thing lately (getting distracted).  So, we get near the end of this sorry trail with Al Letizio – the guy who wasn’t happy with Grokster Kimberly’s posts and wanted me to yank them.  And yet, even with his protestations of malfeasance by Kimberly, I have NEVER, EVER heard one exact piece of a wrong fact from him.  Nor, from his chuckleheaded imtimidator-wannabee, Dennis Senibaldi.

>One thing is sure – he didn’t like this back and forth via email and realized (far too late) that This Was A Bad Move With A Blogger.  Roger that, Al.  On two points:

  • I knew of Kimberly’s reputation well before I invited her to blog here.  I only offer writerships to those I can trust.
  • Bloggers get upset when challenged when there is Absolutely no evidence to be bullied.  Thus, we write.

So, he tried another route, “tried” being the operative word

Given your threat of legal action, I will conduct all communications with you via email so that they are recorded.

Further, in accordance with GraniteGrok FAQs, I will be posting this online for full transparency and openness as I have when others have done previously so that there will be no issue of “he said, he said something else”.

After all, I offered the opportunity to you for your side, I now offer it to myself.

No, in a case like this, there was no way I was going to enter into an opportunity for “he said, he said”.  Oh sure, I would have informed him, per NH statute, that I would be recording the conversation.  And yes, I would have posted it.  You see, for YEARS I have advised both political activists, notable figures, and candidates to ALWAYS have a complete recording of any interaction for their own protection.  And frankly, the bottom line is that ANYTHING having to do with this situation could be handled by email – enumeration by Al Letizio of what was wrong, my investigation and followup, and a return back to Al Letizio of what I had found (or not).

But he decided to threaten both GraniteGrok and me.  Not exactly a steller way to start off ANY relationship with somebody who can then embarrass you all over the ‘Net – which is why he probably decided to take it offline.  And now, when you Google Al Letizio, he’ll find us on his First Page.  And GraniteStateIndy and GirardAtLarge (as a chaser) on the second page.  And I am pretty sure that will stick around for a while.

He wanted to take me to court – we took him to Google.

I am only left puzzled over one thing – what WAS it that this sodden politician was so torqued about?  I gave him a chance and he spurned it.  The only thing I can believe is that he bluffed, ran his mouth, and then realized he got caught….because I haven’t heard from him since.  Or Dennis Senibaldi.

So, they bulled a woman, Kimberly.  And wanted me to be complicit against my friend, Kimberly.  Not happening on my watch.

Sorry boys, but you dunderheads have a lot to learn about the loyalty that comes with friendship – we at the ‘Grok leave no one behind.

EVAH!
