To a large degree, the voters kicked out the extreme spending Democrats in 2010 and decided that Republicans would be better at governing the State.  Part of what the Republicans have done is to try to return power, that the Democrats gathered into Concord, back to local communities.  I asked Josh about his stance on this – where should political and decision power lie – centralized in the State House or decentralized back to the towns and cities?
