Statement of the day…

…from a recent online comment made to the Peoria Journal Star: A pen in the hand of this president is far more dangerous than a gun in the hands of 200 million law-abiding citizens.   —Camille Sanchez You said it, Camille! Bless you!

Bypassing the Mainstream Media, again

Mainstream media lies....
How do we bypass the mainstream media?

I’ve written about this before HERE and HERE, for instance. It’s worth repeating.

Yesterday I went on a bit of a rant (criticized by several readers as far too mild! There weren’t even any cuss-words!) But in response, one of my friends in the Free State of New Hampshire said this:

Pretty good. Now, how do you get the word out more broadly to…

A domestic, internal army for America? Who would be the target?

Illegal aliens? Invading Canadians? Rampaging Boy Scouts or Tea Partiers? It’s anyone’s guess, but it has been widely reported that the federal government’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has stockpiled 1.6 billion rounds of .40 caliber and 9mm ammunition over the past year. Now the news comes out that the DHS has purchased 2,700 military-style MRAP … Read more

An indictment of America’s political class

Bill Whittle speaking on America’s current political leadership: “The stockpile of wealth that it has taken over 200 years to accumulate has been spent. The miserable, unserious, criminally negligent, incompetent, immoral, reprehensible, traitorous, swine have spent every last gold coin in America’s former mountain of wealth. And they haven’t stopped.” From Afterburner. Well. Worth. Watching.

Democrat vote fraud in Florida?

U.S. Rep. Allen West won’t back down, and that’s both a very good thing and a very ugly thing…because his fight will expose that there was clearly and obviously extensive vote fraud committed by Democrats in his race. It could be mere stupidity and incompetence…but the army of lawyers who the Democrat candidate fielded to prevent a recount suggests otherwise. Why do I think massive vote fraud occurred? It’s actually pretty obvious…

Memorial Day, Liberty-&-Freedom, and the military draft

From the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution

The quote below is from an article in today’s Union Leader by Vietnam Navy veteran Jim Adams (he was in the Navy and in Vietnam around the same time I was in the Marines in Vietnam):

“In 1940, as World War II loomed, Republican presidential candidate Wendell Willkie gave his support to his opponent — Franklin Roosevelt — in his push for a peacetime draft. Later in life, Willkie remarked that on his epitaph, he would rather have that he “contributed to freedom” than that he was a President.” But wait….

Favorite pastime in New Hampshire? VOTE FRAUD!

This from former state representative and former Dover City Council member Dave Scott, a Harvard MBA and bilingual former CEO of a multi-national corporation:

I am certain we have illegal registration in towns near the University of New Hampshire in Durham.  We identified over 100 that voted improperly in Dover three years ago. We sent out letters to about 1,000 who voted for the first time.  The post office returned those they were unable to deliver. Stamped on the envelope were such phases as No such street number,  No such street address, No such person living at that street number.  We sent them to Bud Fitch at the office of the Attorney General.  No action.

That is, after the 2008 election, letters were sent out to 1,000 “first-time voters.” And are you surprised….?

More on Rep. Bill O’Brien running for Speaker of the House

If you know any Republicans (or Democrats, for that matter) who are running for the State House, be aware that one of the first things they’ll be doing in Concord if they win their elections…is vote for a Speaker of the House. That would be Bill O’Brien, who will be a solid leader for every member of … Read more

Civil War within the GOP? Or not?

I just got this from a close and greatly respected political activist and observer of the political scene in New Hampshire:

Tim, there are FOUR announced candidates I think: O’Brien, Chandler, Reagan, and Emerson. "Civil war"? Not so much. . .

My response? I said this: Dagny, we’re aware that John Reagan and Susan Emerson are also running. But the real struggle for the Speakership is between two people only, because they’re the obvious front-runners, Bill O’Brien and Gene Chandler. In addition, Bill and Gene are very instructive as direct opponents….

The Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire Endorses Rep. Bill O’Brien for Speaker of the House

The position of Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Free State of New Hampshire is one of the most important political positions in our state, second only to the governorship itself. The Speaker is generally one of the leaders of his or her political party in the state, and very much helps guide the party from a philosophical standpoint as well as being a legislative tactician. This is why it’s such an important position.

Rep. Bill O’Brien, out of the town of Mont Vernon, is the state representative destined to take that position. Accordingly…

…the RLCNH has just mailed out the following letter to every Republican running as a candidate for the NH State House. Those who prevail over their Democrat opponents will join the emerging GOP majority in New Hampshire, and will vote to elect a new Speaker of the House in Concord. There are many reasons they should vote for Rep. Bill O’Brien, for whom I have great respect and admiration. The letter that follows
details some of them….

Pendulum is swinging – Results of Tuesday’s NH Special Elections

Take a look at the numbers, everyone. They are very good news for conservative Republicans, and for the state of New Hampshire. However, there is meaning beyond the simple winning of the indicated special elections. Like the governorships of Virginia and New Jersey, which recently switched to elected Republicans (New Jersey!), and like the now-tied … Read more
