Quick Thought: Sorry, wrong number…

Heh! Just got this texted to me:

Hi Kevin, this is Benjamin with Mainers for Accountable Leadership, the Maine People’s Alliance, and Be A Hero. I’m writing today to talk to Mainers about stopping the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh, the anti-healthcare, anti-choice Supreme Court nominee. Susan Collins is key to stopping him. And that is where you come in! Will you pledge to help get Susan Collins out of office in 2020 if she doesn’t stand with us and protect Mainers?

My response:

I’m not Kevin, I don’t live in ME., and your side only has the despicable “J’accuse”.  How’d that work out for the French Revolution victims, eh?

I’m not expecting the respect of a reply but this is how the Progressives roll – flock together in the Collective and want retribution for when someone doesn’t toe their line. They are organized ever since the opening appeared when Justice Kennedy announced his retirement. There will be a lot of money, and lot of angst, and a lot of yelling to follow – and a lot more obfuscation in DC even they lose the vote.

As I type this, the Senate Judicial Committee is in session and right from the get go, US Senator “I served in Viet Nam although I really wasn’t there” Blumenthal (Progressive-CT) has already made a motion to subpeona Mark Judge and subject him to an FBI investigation to the Committee even though he already wrote in to say “This never happened” and doesn’t want to testify due to health reasons. But, I guess, the Democrats want their pound of flesh.
