Dear Attorney Chong Yen,
Thank you for your investigation of the Nashua Teachers Union’s actions in response to my complaint submitted on October 30, 2019. I’m writing to you in response to your letter dated September 28, 2020, where you concluded that there was no NTU electioneering in Nashua.
Nashua teachers recently held parades across the city on March 27th, reminding students and parents on just how much they “missed their students.” These parades were held with taxpayer-funded police escorts. Interesting, isn’t it?

Not many taxpayers realize it, but teachers union contracts have clauses that allow union members to use school facilities for union activities. However, there are restrictions on the appropriate use of public facilities.
The Nashua Teachers Union violated the law the other day. Public employees were handing out election flyers on school property. Today we have a new report that they broke the same law again, this time electronically, and violated their contract at the same time.
Nashua has a municipal election coming up, and the Nashua Teachers Union PAC is handing out election materials. On government property. In violation of State law.
Nashua School Superintendent Jahmal Mosley and Nashua Board of Education President Heather Raymond (and even the Nashua Teachers Union) are calling for the resignation of Board of Education member Doris Hohensee. Why?
