I write concerning Councilman John Farrell’s conduct at the public Town Council meeting held on April 22, 2024, in the Moose Hill Conference Room at the Londonderry Town Hall. The meeting and the incident occurred in a facility under your control and for which you have responsibility as Town Manager.
(TU – Londonderry) The Town of Londonderry has dismissed a complaint by Kristine Perez against Councilor Farrell, stating that Councilor Farrell did not violate the ethics code. Kristine Perez filed the following complaint:
Proponents of HB1283 argue that, per a UNH survey, 71% of the people of NH were in favor of assisted suicide. After obtaining the survey and speaking with UNH, I found out that the NH Alliance for End-of-Life Options paid $1800 for the survey.
I am Kristine Perez from Londonderry, District 16, running for State Representative. I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a retired RN. I am a State Delegate and was very disappointed in the number of Delegates and Representatives that participated in the NH GOP platform meeting in the Spring.
