Yesterday, when news broke that Democrat State Sen. Jeffy ‘Bumpstock’ Woodburn had been arrested for sexual and domestic assault, I observed two things in particular.

The State Republican Party want’s to know that too.
The Democrat party has been talking up a good game about their chances this fall, but I’m beginning to suspect they’re not that great. New Hampshire State Party Chair Ray Buckley has wasted no time in the wake of accusations of sexual assault in asking Sen. Jeff Woodburn to quit. Now.
CONCORD – The state Democratic Party called on their highest ranking member at the State House to resign immediately in the wake of criminal charges related to “sexual assault and sexual harassment,” according to the Chairman Ray Buckley.
DEMOCRAT STATE SENATORS WOODBURN, SOUCY, AND FELTES
As I discussed in Part I, the primary argument of these Democrat State Senators —like the ACLU and like the Democrat Executive Councilors— is that the Court should not return answers to the questions. Because I already addressed this argument in my discussion of the Attorney General’s memorandum in Part I, I will not repeat it here.
The Democrat State Senators argue that House Bill 1264 violates Part I, Article 11 because Part I, Article 11 requires the State to maintain two class of domiciliary: resident and nonresident. This argument is the same argument advanced by the ACLU and so can be answered in the same manner.
Kimberly Morin joins me for some Conservative talk in ten minutes or less to discuss a recent Facebook video (put up then taken down) by Democrat State Senator Jeff Woodburn. She also points a finger at a resurrected the transgender identity bill killed last session that’s back from the dead.
Actually, the other Tom Brady can’t be an NH-GOP voting Committee member either but let us not get distracted.
NH-GOP Bylaws, Article 1, section 4A:
A. Any registered Republican who, at the same time joins or allows his or her name to be used in support of a political committee or a defined group of individuals, that in title or effect is intended to be understood by the public to be a committee or group comprised in whole or in part of members of the Republican Party endorsing a candidate for elected office from another political party, when there is a candidate nominated by the Republican Party for that office, shall be disqualified during the then present and the next biennium from holding an office of the State Committee or any County or City Committee, from being a member of the Executive Committee and from being a member of the State Committee.
So why can’t Republican County Commissioner Tom Brady be a voting member of the Republican State Committee?
