Divorced parents arguing over custody is nothing new. But this case caught the nation’s attention. The mom wanted to transition her son to be a girl. She’d been working on it for years. Dad, not so much. He said she said, courts and lawyers later and “James” made a choice of his own.
Yesterday I breezed through the case of separated parents and a mom who wants to transition her son from boy to girl. The jury ruling was over custody and medical care rights. By awarding sole custody to the mom she was free to proceed with his transition. The judge just overruled that.
If you missed the story, mom wants a daughter. She’s been telling her son he’s a girl since he was three. Dressing him up. Painting his nails and treating him like a girl. Dad says he should be a boy. A Judge just said Mom can poison him and make him a girl.
The concept of a contentious divorce proceeding has taken us down a whole new hole. Jeff Younger says his son James is a happy boy when he is with him. But his ex-wife says “her” name is Luna and he should be transitioned to a girl.
